Shipping policy

Please read the following shipping FAQ carefully before ordering. Questions? Don't hesitate to contact me. We're friendly and great with grammar, but not in, like, a snotty way.

When will my items ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. When your order ships, you'll receive an email that includes your tracking information, so you can go camp out by your mailbox in anticipation. (Don't forget the snacks.)

Please note: "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and encompasses conventional business hours. In other words, if you drunkenly order 14 stickers for all your nieces and nephews at 11:30 on Tuesday night, that's a Wednesday order.

What carrier do you use? How about the packaging?

All orders ship from Northwest Indiana via USPS in a rigid mailer at the first-class package rate and include tracking. This is the least expensive way to ship orders while still protecting cards, stickers and other paper-based goods from bending during transit.

Need it faster? Priority Mail service via USPS is also available at checkout. Shipping rates are determined by USPS based on the size and weight of your parcel, as well as your location. International guests are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I do not currently offer order pick-up or delivery services. (Sorry, 219-ers.)

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Pretty Good Cards is responsible for safely handing off your package to USPS. You'll receive confirmation of this via your tracking number. All PGC orders include tracking.
Should tracking information suggest that your delivery is stuck somewhere, please contact us.

Pretty Good Cards does not offer replacements or refunds for delivered orders. If you can't find your package, but your tracking says your mail carrier delivered it, try the following
  1. Wait. Misdelivered mail is often mail left on the truck overnight, left with your laziest neighbor, or tucked behind a bush for no reason.
  2. Contact your local post office. They can locate most deliveries using GPS with frightening accuracy.
  3. File a stolen mail claim.
