Refund policy

All sales are final. Items are sold on a non-refundable basis unless damaged during shipping.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and I'll respond via email to set-up your return or exchange. Please note that if you'd like to initiate a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the items do not meet those criteria.

Once your return is started, I'll need you to ship your item(s) back within 30 days of receipt. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. (The original shipping expense will be refunded along with your items.) Return credit can take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

I do not accept returns on personalized, custom, or sale items.

Cancellations
