Please read the following shipping information before ordering. Questions? Don’t hesitate to contact us.
When will my order ship?
Most retail and wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, so you can go camp out by your mailbox in anticipation. (Don’t forget the snacks.)
How will my order ship?
Pretty Good Cards ships orders from Northwest Indiana using USPS and UPS. Available shipping services and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
PGC uses secure, recyclable packaging appropriate for the contents of each order to get your cards, stickers, magnets, and other goods to you safely and without bending or any other unnecessary drama.
Tracking is provided for all shipped orders.
Need your order faster? Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Pretty Good Cards does not currently offer local order pickup or delivery. (Sorry, 219-ers.)
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Pretty Good Cards is responsible for safely preparing your order and handing it off to the shipping carrier. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.
If your tracking information suggests that your package is stuck somewhere in the postal abyss, please contact me and I'll help however I can.
Carrier delays that occur after an order has been shipped are outside Pretty Good Cards’ control. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
What if tracking says my package was delivered, but I can’t find it?
Pretty Good Cards does not offer replacements or refunds for orders that the carrier has confirmed as "delivered."
If your package is missing but tracking says it was delivered, try the following:
-
Give it a little time. Packages occasionally get scanned as delivered before they actually make it to your door. They may also be left with your laziest neighbor or tucked behind a bush for no discernible reason.
- Check around the delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted the package.
-
Contact the carrier. USPS and UPS may be able to provide additional information about where the package was delivered.
- If you believe the package was stolen, file a missing or stolen package claim with the appropriate carrier.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us, and we'll help you determine the next step.
