Shady Pines Mother’s Day Card

This funny card for mom is perfect for Mother’s Day — or any day, for that matter. The best day, of course, is one spent on the lanai.

When we moved to our current home, we started calling the deck “the lanai” instead, and within 48 hours, it was surrounded by seven full-grown palm trees.

Sure, all seven died the following Great Lakes winter, but whatever. It was awesome.
